1873 - El Trago Extra-Añejo
We ferment the nectar in small batches, distill twice in our copper pot still, and then allow the spirit to rest in oak barrels for at least 40 months to create our Extra-Añejo. The nose is crisp and clear, the mouthfeel silky and rich, with notes of minerals, sugarcane rum, and hints of wood.
Our Aroma is Strong cooked agave flavor and oak, notes of vanilla and chocolate.
Taste. Cooked agave and wood, creamy and smooth on the palate, perfect balance of sweet flavors with a light touch of chocolate.
